The Thoughts That Stick Practice
Many meaningful words are shared in moments that pass quickly.
Encouragement, gratitude, and care are often written in cards or notes, then slowly fade from reach over time. Yet the words themselves still matter.
The Thoughts That Stick practice was created to preserve those words in a way that allows them to be returned to again and again.
A Different Way to Keep Words
At the center of the practice is a unique process created by Uncomplicated Faith. Messages are written on specially designed stationery stickers and then placed directly into a keepsake journal.
This simple step ensures that meaningful words are never scattered, misplaced, or forgotten. Instead, they are gathered together in one place.
Over time, individual notes become part of a growing collection—voices, encouragement, and care saved side by side.
The Practice
The process is intentionally simple:
Write a message on a stationery sticker.
Place the sticker into the journal.
Continue adding messages over time.
Each page becomes part of a record of encouragement, gratitude, and connection.
Why the Practice Matters
Words have a way of shaping how we remember seasons of our lives.
When those words are preserved, they become something steady. A place to return to on hard days, hopeful days, and everything in between.
Because some words are meant to stay.
